Reservation guarantee
A deposit ranging from 5% to 15% of the total service cost is required to confirm your appointment.
This payment serves as a guarantee for both you and us, enabling us to efficiently plan our work schedule and ensure proper preparation for your session in advance.
If you notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, your payment can be refunded in the form of a gift certificate. Additionally, if your schedule changes, you may reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time before the session takes place.
