The morning starts with me opening the doors of the VEAN TATTOO studio and setting the atmosphere: soft lighting on, music playing, and airing out the space. I want everyone who walks in to immediately feel warmth and calm — for many, this is their first step toward a tattoo or piercing, and that comes with nerves.

First cup of coffee — and off we go: I check the day’s appointments, call clients, and clarify the details of their visit. I love helping people orient themselves — choosing the right artist, explaining the procedures, easing their worries. It’s especially nice to see the tension in their eyes turn into a smile when they realize they will be fully guided and taken care of here.

When it’s time for my procedures, I switch into my role as a piercer. Every meeting is special to me. I love that moment of trust: someone sits in the chair and I know I will do everything as carefully, sterilely, and painlessly as possible. And yes, I always share the excitement with the client when they see the result in the mirror — those shining eyes are priceless.

Throughout the day I constantly talk to people — that’s my favorite part of the job. Some come just to ask about prices, others to choose a design, and some bring friends for moral support. It’s important to me that everyone feels at home here, so I’m always open to conversation, joking, supporting, and creating an atmosphere where you want to stay longer.

Every story, every person — it’s a small part of a big creative process. I leave the studio feeling that I helped people become a little braver, more beautiful, and happier.
